Origin
Our carpets are guaranteed genuine hand-knotted or hand-made and are produced in different countries of origin, mainly Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, India, China, Turkey etc. Genuine oriental carpets are individual pieces and therefore subject to availability. It is not possible to back order the same pieces. We continually update our online store, and regularly have offers and promotions which are not available in our other stock lists.
'By Order'- Items
Please always check the availability of the products when you are searching for an item. Items with the note 'By Order' are either not or only limited in stock, but can however be backordered within a delivery time of 6-8 weeks.
Display Colours
We display as accurately as possible the true colours of the goods that appear on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that this will represent the true colour of the product on delivery as the colours that you see depend on your monitor's display and your personal representation of colours.
Please note: We do not accept any responsibility to refund returned rugs if there has been a misrepresentation of colour.

Your Shopping CartIn 'Your Shopping Cart' you will see a detailed list of all the items you have chosen to purchase. Please follow the instructions below:
- You will be asked for a few details regarding the delivery address and mode of payment. (With Bank transfer you will be asked to attach your order number to your payment; otherwise payments cannot be identified.)
- After you have entered the requested information please click the 'Continue' button which will enable us to complete your order.
- We shall always confirm the total billing amount before we process your order. You will see in your shopping cart your order number, a summary of the total number of items, the sub-total amount, your bonus points discount, eventual shipping charges (Delivery rates and times) and the grand total amount.
- In case you wish to modify your data, change or cancel your order please choose the 'Modify' or 'Cancel order' button below.
- Please make sure you have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions before placing your order. If so, then click the 'Check out' button to place your order.
- For every order, you will receive by e-mail a confirmation within a few minutes including your order number and detailed product and delivery information.
- Please note: Your order will be dispatched only if the whole billing amount is fully paid. We reserve your item(s) from the date your order until the date of your payment receipt, but maximum for 5 working days, otherwise your order will be cancelled. In case your order expires you can make a new order. If there is any problem with your current order, we will contact you immediately.
- We reserve the right to reject any orders at any time.

Credit cardAll Credit Card payments at CarpetOnline24.com are handled by OTP Bank Nyrt. Hungary. When you choose to pay with any of the below mentioned credit cards, you will be automatically redirected to the OTP payment terminal. OTP online payment system uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which electronically encrypts any information regarding your transactions and your personal information.

Bank transferCarpetOnline24.com offers the opportunity to pay by bank transfer. While processing your order our banking details will be send to you. You will also receive a reference number.
Your payment will be processed when your bank transfer is received. Once your payment is received we will dispatch your goods and send your shipping confirmation within 24 hours. The processing of off-line payments may take several days.
Please note: Bank transfers from abroad will only be accepted if the additional transfer costs are paid by the customer.
Cash On Delivery (C.O.D)This method of payment is free of charge and allows you to pay cash at the time of delivery. If deliveries are handled by UPS the order value can not be more than USD 5,000 per day, equivalent in the local currency. If the shipping company cannot collect the payment after three attempts, the package will be returned.
Please note: The buyer assumes all expenses and risk related to returns, as well as non-payment, damage and fraud.


Changing Your Order BEFORE CheckoutYou may change your order at anytime while you are shopping.
- Click 'Shopping Cart' located in the top right of the screen. This will display the contents of your Shopping Cart.
- You may remove item(s) by clicking on 'Remove' icon located to the right of each item in your shopping cart.
- You may add any item(s) in your Shopping Cart by using the 'Add to Shopping cart' icon.
Changing Your Order DURING Checkout- Click the 'Your Shopping Cart' button located in the top right corner of the screen. This will display your Shopping Cart.
- You may remove item(s) by clicking on 'Remove' icon located to the right of each item in your shopping bag.
- In case you wish to modify your data, change or cancel your order please choose the 'Modify' or 'Cancel order' button below in the 'My Shopping Cart' page.
- Then proceed through checkout as normal. Please note that all information you had previously provided does not need to be re-entered.
Changing Your Order AFTER CheckoutOrders can be cancelled within one hour of being placed.

For example: If you have registered as a frequent customer and you wish to buy a carpet for 1.600,- EUR, we will automatically discount -3%. The total amount to be paid will then be: 1.552,- EUR

Online Prices
All prices on this website are based in Euros and include the local VAT. Consequently the billing amount will be in Euros.
Currencies
If your credit card company invoices in a different currency, they will calculate the price based on their official daily exchange rate.
Please note: CarpetOnline24.com reserves the right to change or rescind this policy at our sole discretion without notice. CarpetOnline24.com also reserves the right to refuse any orders where product information has been mispublished including prices and promotions.


Free of VAT are companies that are registered in any EU country other than Hungary and who can provide proof of a valid EU VAT number. The invoice will be issued gross, excluding the local VAT.
Please note: Shipping address for companies who are free of VAT will be the same address where the company is registered.


We guarantee only against manufacture defects.
We take no responsibility for damage caused by using our products.
Responsibility will not be accepted occasioned by errors or by delay in delivery.
Whilst every effort is made during photographic processes to accurately reproduce colours we do not accept any responsibility to refund returned rugs if there has been a misrepresentation of colour.


Our deliveries are usually handled by either UPS Parcel or GLS Logistics. Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when you placed your order. It is a door-to-door delivery normally within 2-7 business days after you have received your shipping confirmation. You will be notified of the exact delivery date by e-mail and if there is an excessive delay with the dispatch of your goods. Once your payment is received we will dispatch your goods and send your shipping confirmation within 24 hours. The processing of off-line payments may take several days.
All online orders require an adult signature confirmation on all parcels. If no one is available to sign for the package when it arrives, it will be forwarded to the closest depot. We cannot arrange for goods to be left with a neighbour or similar requests. A notice will be left so you can make pick-up or delivery arrangements that are convenient for you. If the package could not be handed over after three notifications or attempts, it will be returned to CarpetOnline24.com.

Delivery Areas
CarpetOnline24.com accepts orders from around the world; however our Delivery rates and times apply to shipments within Western and Eastern Europe. Rate and time of shipment to other continents will be calculated separately and according to destination country and the weight, including the packaging.
The Distribution Centre for all online products is located in Hungary, Budapest, therefore delivery rates and times vary.
Delivery time
Delivery time is determined by parcel companies and depends on the shipping address, but is usually between 2-7 business days. 'Business days' are from Monday to Friday. They exclude Saturday, Sunday and all statutory holidays. The delivery time starts when the customer receives their 'Shipping Confirmation' e-mail.
Handling fee
Some oversize and heavy items may be subject to a handling fee. Please note that if a handling fee is to be charged, it will be clearly indicated in your shopping cart page. Our Customer Service can assist you in determining whether your selected product(s) is oversized.

Currently, all items must be shipped to one address. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you must place separate orders.

- Notification of return must be done within 24 hours of receiving them, either in written form or by telephone.
- Returns after 30 days can only be in exceptional circumstances, and repayment cannot be guaranteed.

If the product is returned within 7 working days you will receive an e-mail informing you that a refund request is in process. We will refund you according to the method of payment you chose when you placed your order:
Credit card onlineIf your order was paid by credit card on our website, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days (if you have a bank card with immediate debit) or within 30 working days (if you have a bank card with deferred debit).
Bank transferIf your order was paid by bank transfer, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 3 to 5 working days.
Cash On DeliveryIf your order was paid in cash at the time of delivery (C.O.D.), please send us your bank details so that we can proceed with a refund by bank transfer, which will be credited to your account within 3 to 5 working days.
PayPalIf your order was paid by PayPal on our website, the refund amount will be credited to your PayPal account within 7 working days.
